Since humans began inventing things, they have always wanted the newest technology. In the seventies the idea of blasters was introduced by Star Wars. These blasters could shoot small beams of energy that are lethal when shot at a person. Finally after many years of anticipation, it has finally been invented! How it is made is different from how most people would expect and uses things that people use every day. These blasters use microwave technology to send a beam of microwave radiation to heat up the water molecules enough to burn through the object that it was shot at.

The water molecules in the person’s body that the gun is being shot at heat up to such a degree that a hole can be burned through a person. Weapons such as this are not the extent of quantum mechanics, and the moral dilemma of this weapon is the same as a normal gun. Should there be in existence a weapon that can shoot and harm or kill another human being. Both normal guns and this microwave gun are lethal. The only difference in the argument between the two is that, are the microwave guns excessive?
